Advanced mapping functions (Tool tips, easier to click on icons).
We start people out in the simplest mapping mode called Raster so that they do not have to install any plug-in to display a map. If you want more mapping functionality likes tool tips and easier functionality to click on icons to display information then you can use a more advanced viewer.
Map themes such as Assessment/Survey, Electoral Wards continue to be added to make it easier for you to display the data you need.
Select a map theme, and then search to where you want to go by using an address search (E.g. 510 Main) or intersection search (Main and then select James). If you see symbols on the map you can click on the symbol to usually see more information.
Another handy tool is the Entire City button 
. Some of the map themes are better suited to see where things are located from a City-wide view. You can then use the map to click on the icons or navigate closer using the zoom tools.
